DHL Global Mail

The DHL Global Mail GO!  Program is a new service designed to compete aggressively at a cost level with private ground service package carriers.  DHL Global Mail GO! shipments can save customers as much as 40% over UPS and FedEx Ground delivery.  Each shipment has up to $100 automatic insurance protection and tracking.  As a United States Postal Service (USPS) work-share partner, DHL Global Mail utilizes the USPS for final-mile delivery to every address in the U.S., thereby leveraging the efficiencies of both pick-up and delivery networks.  This is a new service and currently available only in select areas of the U.S.

 GO! Program Provides:
  • High-quality handling on each shipment.
  • Door-to-door shipment visibility.
  • Saturday delivery (no charge).
  • No address correction fees.
  • Address verification (CASS).
  • Web-based tracking and piece-level visibility.
  • Service disruption alerts.
