The Notification Setup of your RS Store Website determines how you will be notified when someone uses the “Contact-Us” form or the “File Upload” form on your website. You can receive notifications via email, text message or both. To edit the notification settings on your RS Store Website, select “Notification Setup” from the Site Admin dropdown menu. Once selected, the following dialog box will be displayed on the screen.

• Enter your email address in the text box provided.
• Enter your phone number for Text Messages in the text box provided (DO NOT include spaces or punctuation)
• Choose your Phone Carrier from the dropdown menu
• Click on the “Save” button when entries are complete.

When you Save Changes, an email and/or text message confirmation will be sent for each setting above. If you are using all options above you will be sent 2 emails and 2 text messages. Contact RSA if you do not receive the confirmation messages.
